Delivery to EU and Northern Ireland

In December 2024, the EU introduced restrictive trade processes under the guise of GPSR. 

These new regulations requires all businesses to have an EU representative within the EU who acts on their behalf regarding all product safety and relevant data for each product.  This is an expensive process typically costing £350 - £800 per product, per year.   It has effectively closed the borders to all small to medium businesses.

Like many other businesses we have had made the difficult decision to stop accepting orders from the EU and Northern Ireland, until the EU finds a resolve.   Whilst northern Ireland is part of the UK, for trading purposes it comes under the realms of the EU as there is no hard customs border between the north and south of the country.  We can therefore no longer supply to NI addresses, or regions.  We are sorry for this, but it totally beyond our control.

Which Countries Will This Impact?
Sadly, this affects any country in the EU and Northern Ireland: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Northern Ireland, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

For any other country outside of these, you can freely purchase, but if you’re unsure, please contact us before attempting to place an order.

For clarification this does not affect UK customers and international customers outside the EU.
