We store NO customer financial data online and have NO access to ANY of your financial data. You can shop in complete confidence on our site. All financial processing is carried out on the PayPal secure server

Unlike some other web sites we don't pass your data onto third parties.

Email is primarily restricted to order processing. We use email to acknowledge your order and to advise you when the item has been despatched. You can choose to subscribe to our newsletter, which we send out about three times a year, but purchasers can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. Unlike some of the big retailers, we don't believe in deluging our customers with masses of unwanted emails every other day.

Cookies

In compliance with European law, we state that we use no cookies that give personally identifiable information.  Cookies are an essential part of our site functionality, which gives the user an enhanced viewing experience.  Cookies can be removed for any sites, by the user selecting settings or privacy within their own browser.

 

GDPR

This site and our operations are compliant with GDPR requirements (where applicable).  Please note that customer data is purged from our database after a set period, EXCEPT where the customer has purchased products from us. We are then required by law to keep transaction details for tax purposes for a set period of time.
