Meteor Designs - ORDERING and SHIPPING
All of our items can be ordered directly from this website. All financial transactions are carried out on the PayPal secure server, so you can shop in complete confidence when using our site. You can pay with any major credit through PayPal. The service is completely free for our customers and you do not have to open an account with PayPal to use it.
Our turnaround time is normally two to three working days from when we receive your order and confirmed payment. If there are likely to be delays beyond this timescale we will notify you by email with an expected despatch date.
Please note that due to the distance to our bank, we do not accept any cheque payments.
Shipping
We ship our items worldwide using Royal Mail services. We notify customers by email once the item has been despatched. If the item is a gift for someone, please order in plenty of time, as items once shipped are the responsibility of Royal Mail and we have no control over the delivery process or schedules.
IMPORTANT: Please note that due to recent changes in regulations, we no longer ship to countries in the EU, or Northern Ireland. The EU introduced new legislation at the end of 2024, which negatively impacted the ability to ship to EU countries without considerable expense and investment in agents. This affected most small businesses and as a result there are tens of thousands of web sites where they no longer ship to the EU or Northern Ireland. To us, this is an unfair restrictive trade practice but unfortunately it is beyond our control.
